Changes A Plenty

Well, 2 months into my 60's and I am felling changes. I have developed sciatica. My feet have always hurt, however they have become very painful in the last two months. Thanks to Dad having this issue,  and knowing he has tried everything from insoles to molds, specialty shoes and nothing has helped, I know what my future looks like.

Dad had Gallbladder Removed

Dad had to go to the hospital a couple days ago due to some pain he had in his stomach. The Doctors had to run a bunch of test to find out what was going on with him. Apparently he had a big  gallstone that has blocked the exit of the gallbladder and made things back up. 

My Over 60 Blog

I have decided to start blogging about life over 60. Now that I have hit 60 and the knowledge that life from this point is going to get more challenging as I age. I want to document the changes to life that will most definitely be coming my way.
